For anyone who regularly struggles with anxiety, the past, the future, and the unknown can feel like a big black cloud hovering over their heads.
Anxiety begins in the mind. When our mind is full of worry, self doubt, fear, negativity, lack of confidence & other troublesome distractions, it can take a massive toll on our bodies. When we don't have an outlet to release these heavy emotions, our bodies can rapidly spiral out of control and instantly shut down.
This workshop is for anyone ready to take the necessary steps toward preventing anxiety from taking over their life any longer. It is for anyone nervous about going back to work/school amidst the ongoing Covid confusion and for anyone interested in learning more about this rapidly rising dilemma in our society.
In this workshop, Kelly Hawkins, a 500 Hour Certified Yoga Trainer, will first cover 'taking ownership of our anxiety', followed by 'laying the groundwork for a life with less stress' & will end discussing the tools that she's personally used (and used with others who have varying degrees of anxiety) to avoid the triggers & inevitable symptoms of anxiety. She will also provide you with access to all the meditations & physical practices she's designed as well.
