Flow with Julie
Last Friday of each month at 8am CT
Join Julie for this 60-minute vinyasa yoga class, where our movements are connected with our breath. Be prepared to move and stretch in a way that feels good to you, using props and modifications as needed.
About the Teacher:
Julie is an RYT 200 who strives to make her yoga classes accessible to everyone and truly believes that yoga can help us come home to ourselves. She encourages students to listen to their bodies and find joy in their practice. When she's not doing yoga, you will most likely find Julie out in nature, relaxing in the sunshine.
