Mini Bunny Stretch and Flop

Wednesdays at 11:30am CT

Join me for a short bunny inspired gentle yoga class for busy humans every Wednesday at 9:30am PT  and 12:30pm PT on Zoom. This virtual offering is designed to invoke the spirit of the rabbit as we think, move, stretch, breathe, and flop like a bunny together in this grounding practice. Schedule a 20 minute break for your self care and embrace the magic of these wise creatures on your mat.

Suggested props:

  • yoga mat
  • bolster
  • blocks
  • strap
  • water

*You could also use pillows, blankets, towels, and books in place of some of these props if needed.

Live transcripts (closed captions) will be available via Zoom by selecting "Live Transcript" then "Show Subtitles". Donations can be made directly to your teacher via Venmo at the start of class.

About the Teacher:

I’ve had a life long love affair with all things related to wellness and beauty. Being from the magical island of O’ahu instilled a deep appreciation within me to our innate connection to all beings that we share this planet with together. Yoga has always been a way for me to embrace this connection through breath, asana, and mindfulness.

After being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as an adult, yoga took on an entirely different role in my life. It became my special place of sanctuary as a way to open my heart to the divine healing energy that flows within all of us from the universe. I am grateful, honored, and blessed to be a graduate of MVP and a registered guide with Yoga Alliance.

My professional journey is filled with diverse adventures from the world of fair trade fashion to animal advocacy. When I’m not leading a class, creating a workshop, or styling an event, you can find me covered in hay and fur with a big smile on my face at a local animal shelter. I absolutely love volunteering for the House Rabbit Society as a virtual House Rabbit Fundamentals Educator (Bunny 101). I was also a Volunteer Lead at the Aloha Animal Sanctuary in Hawai'i and provided care for rescued farm animals. My greatest personal joy is being a proud Bun Mom to my adopted bunny, Klaus. This little Bunny Boss of mine has inspired me to merge my love of animals with my love of yoga to create offerings for humans designed to embody the spirit of the rabbit as we can learn so much from these magical bunny beings.

If you would like to discover more about the bunderful bunny shenanigans happening in our virtual burrow, please hop on over to The Sacred Rabbit to learn more.
