Restful Reset

Wednesdays at 7:15pm CT

This class offers a gentle stretch with a focus on breath as you'll move through asanas that vary from sitting to standing. Poses promote a cleansing of the body. Ending in savasana (or moment for peace) which promotes rest and reset, letting go of what's been done and feeling ready for what's to come. Adaptions will be given. You have the option to take on more advanced poses if you feel called to do so.

About the Teacher: 

My yoga journey started as a child and resurfaced with a deep focus amidst the pandemic in 2020. I was running a pet care business in Columbus, Ohio, that had been put to a halt. There were also some other major life changes that took place and forced me to slow down, tune in, and answer the call of yoga. Currently, I am a 500HR Yoga Instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance. Specialties include gentle vinyasa, adaptive chair, and advocating living a natural life free of GMOs and chemicals like pesticides and herbicides. Classes and meditations I've taught have been a mix of virtual and in-person. It’s a gift to be able to use technology to spread the message of health, wellness, and healing.
