Restorative Yoga with Deirdra

July 6th at 3:00pm CT

(Offered the first Wednesday of each month!)
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and slow practice. Restful poses are held for a long period of time, often ten minutes or more. Deep breathing helps to steady your mind and encourage the release of muscle tension. Props such as pillows, bolsters, yoga blocks and blankets are incorporated into the practice to support your body.

About the Teacher: 

Deirdra Hazeley is a certified yoga teacher and visual artist based in the United States.  She is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.  She completed her yoga training with My Vinyasa Practice under the direction of Michelle Young.  Deirdra believes that yoga helps practitioners connect to themselves and their inner strength.  She has a vibrant presence on the mat and a calmly supportive teaching style.
