Restorative Yoga with Elizabeth

Mondays at 6:00pm CT

Restorative yoga is a practice designed to bring a person into a deep state of relaxation. Each pose is held for several minutes, and classes are designed to help rebalance and reset the nervous system. Props are encouraged in each position to help the body completely relax into a state of bliss. A regular, consistent practice of restorative yoga brings about the best results. 
 

About the Teacher: 

Elizabeth Guthrie, MPH, RYT500, has practiced yoga for ten years. Her focus as a teacher is on accessibility and fostering a sense of mindfulness. She is certified in restorative yoga through Abundance Yoga and trauma informed yoga through My Vinyasa Practice.
