Self-Care Sundays is a nourishing yoga based class that invites you to relax and renew through guided meditation, journaling, gentle yoga, and restorative poses. Each practice cultivates a sense of gratitude, self-love, and inner peace. A moment to yourself, with yourself, in honor of yourself. This offering is a beautiful way to release the current week and prepare yourself to receive the week ahead with an open mind and an open heart.

Vanessa Orozco is a life-long learner and a Credentialed Educator of over 10 years. Her education includes a Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Education. She is Yale Certified in the Science of Well-Being, a Certified Ritual Guide, and is a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. Vanessa offers online Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Spiritual Practices, Workshops, and Yoga Philosophy lessons.
