Do you suffer from imposter syndrome and find yourself overwhelmed with limiting beliefs? In this workshop, learn how to tackle your limiting beliefs with self compassion to reconnect with your internal power.
Workshop host, Micaela Powell, was born and raised in the heart of Texas and found yoga while attending Texas State University as a way to manage stress. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies, she spent time discerning her career goals and life purpose which is how she decided to become a certified yoga teacher. She is a RYT-500 Vinyasa, Flow, and all-levels teacher who loves teaching slow flows and traditional breath to movement vinyasa as well as guided meditation.
