Slow Flow Yoga

Sundays at 6:30am CT

Please join us for a slow flow yoga class to begin your Sunday morning! We will practice slow, intentional yoga that offers many adaptations to honor your needs. 

About the Teacher: 

Amy is 200 hour RYT certified with My Vinyasa Practice. She is currently working on her 300 hour RYT program.  She has been doing yoga since 2013 and now that she has more training, believes in sharing her yoga with everyone.  She appreciates the wellness aspects for mind, body and spirit.  She also is grateful for all of her teachers and students who have shared their yoga experiences and feels connected to them and the Universe around us.
