Slow Intentional Flow Yoga
Every other Tuesday at 5:00pm CT
Vinyasa Flow that focuses on moving the body with the breath in a judgment free way. My
hopes are to offer a class that connects the body, breath, mind, and spirit in a way that uplifts
and supports the entire body. A gift of poetry is always offered at the end of the class as I am
such a lover of the creative expression of writings.
About the Teacher:
My name is Candy Price. I have been a student of exercise and nutrition since my early teens.
My path started with an aerobics class when I was 16 years old which led to running, teaching
organized fitness classes, mountain biking, hiking, and my favorite of all yoga. While practicing
other forms of exercise the roads always led back to yoga. I became more serious with my daily
personal practice back in 2018 and received my 200 hour yoga teacher training with My Vinyasa
Practice in 2021. I am currently working on my 300 hour training with MVP. I have been
described as a supporter of all people and feel very proud of that description of myself. I love to
encourage others to find their power by moving their body and making positive decisions
concerning their health and well-being. I like to structure my classes around the physical,
mental, and emotional bodies. My goal with my offerings is to provide accessible and inclusive
classes that meet people where they are in their bodies. I truly believe yoga has been such a
gift to myself and love sharing the practice with others.
