Vinyasa Flow with Quen

(this class is held every other Tuesday)

This 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class will be a building sequence of asanas that heavily highlights the breath paired with movement. You will flow through foundational asanas that you will continue to practice in all future yoga classes while increasing strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. This class is accessible to all levels and abilities no matter where you are on your yoga journey! Grab a mat and you are always welcome to use any props, blankets, blocks or straps if available to support your practice but all are not required! 

 

A zoom link will be sent to you through email once you have signed up! 

 

Classes are completely donation based and can be sent at the beginning or end of the session!

About the Teacher: 

I started my own yoga journey through trying to find ways to better my mental health and overall wellbeing. Later finding out that through the practice of yoga, it provided so much more than mindfulness and coping mechanisms. I gained the ability to self regulate through movement and breath along with an empowering self awareness that followed me off the mat into everyday life. 

 

I am a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance along with a trauma informed certification. A proud Texas Tech University Alumni who holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. I am also a certified personal trainer through National Academy Sport Medicine. 

 

My passion is helping each student of any level of ability to create a sustainable, mindful, and safe practice. In my classes I aim to hold a space of inclusivity, encourage growth, and to simply come as you are!
