Saturdays at 10am CT
This class will be a 60 minute vinyasa flow that will have a focus on strength and flexibility while linking breath with movement. Each class will incorporate gentle opening postures to help settle the mind and body while still providing some challenging postures to strengthen the core.
About the Teacher:
I have been practicing yoga off and on since I was about 12 years old. As I got older, I started to incorporate more intense workouts and got out of my daily practice for a while. During the Covid pandemic I started to experience an increase in anxiety and turned to yoga to help ease the stress. It was then that I started to research online teacher trainings since I had always wanted to try it and learn more about this amazing practice. I signed up with My Vinyasa Practice and never looked back! I completed the 200hr training and am currently working towards my 300hr certification. I have a passion for health and wellness and love learning how I can live my yoga off the mat to be the best version of myself. I’m looking forward to sharing this wonderful practice with you!
