Wake Up Flow

Wednesdays at 7:30am CT

Tune in for a gentle 45 minute wake up flow to start your Wednesday.  Accessible to all fitness levels, all you need is some space to move and your mat.

About the Teacher: 

Kristi is a 500hr RYT who loves finding ways to connect more people with yoga.  A homeschooling mom of 6, and military veteran, Kristi has experienced first-hand the tremendous benefits of yoga and mindfulness in calming and balancing the busy-ness of the day.
