Early Morning Chair Yoga

Mondays at 5:00am CT

This is a 5:00am CT virtual class for the early riser to access postures utilizing a chair with or without props. Enjoy stretching, mindfulness, and relaxation in the comfort of your own surroundings. No experience needed, but a space with little to no distractions is encouraged. This class runs 45 to 60 minutes. 

About the Teacher: 

Hello, I am Jean Jeffreys, owner of Body Transitions by NeeJas, a wellness practitioner, RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Certified Life, Health, and Wellness Coach, Board Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, and Certified Yomassage Therapist.
