Vinyasa Flow with Amy

Moving to Wednesday at 7pm CT

This class will be a 60 minute vinyasa flow that will have a focus on strength and flexibility while linking breath with movement. Each class will incorporate gentle opening postures to help settle the mind and body while still providing some challenging postures to strengthen the core.

About the Teacher:  

Amy is 500 hour RYT certified with My Vinyasa Practice. She has been doing yoga since 2013 and now that she has more training, believes in sharing yoga with everyone. She appreciates the wellness aspects of mind, body and spirit. She is also grateful for all of her teachers and students who have shared their yoga experiences and feels connected to them and the universe around us.
